Magneta Heat Sealers

Fill and seal plastic bags or make the bags as you go using tubular film. Either way your product will be secure and sparkling with sales appeal.

Magneta Motor

A gentle touch with fingertips or electronic foot switch activates the motorised sealing jaws. A powerful magnet holds the jaws closed and releases automatically after the time selected. Sealing and cooling time are adjustable to suit polythene, polypropylene, PVC and laminates.

Magneta and Magneta Motor Options

(1) Double Seal
One sealing bar in the jaw and one in the machine to provide more power for thicker films.

(2) Twin Seal
Parallel sealing bars for a stronger seal on plastic bags. One sealing bar can be turned off for sealing tubular film.

(3) Industrial Seal
A 5mm wide seal instead of the usual 3mm wide seal. For extra security or difficult substances such as powdered products.

(4) Print Seal
Produces an embossed imprint for "Use By" dates batch numbers etc. Includes a set of characters and numerals.

Magneta and Magneta Motor Accessories

Stand (SP)
A sturdy platform with a large "footprint" for excellent stability. Includes a foot pedal and chain for use with standard Magneta models*.

Worktable (OTST)
This work surface adjusts to six different angles to suit a variety of applications. It includes a Bag Holder (ledge) that can be adjusted up and down to suit the bag size and reversed to provide a higher supporting ledge for big items.

Set of Rollers (SR)
A set of film holding rollers that provide smooth delivery of tubular film. The set includes the Polylock device (below) that prevents film from retracting.

Polylock
A locking device that holds tubular film in place to prevent it from retracting. Available separately or included with the Set of Rollers (above).

Angle Device (AD)
For use with Magneta Motor MGMi and MGMDS models only. Allows the machine to operate at steeper angles for sealing heavy items supported by the Bag Support Plate (below). The shape of the device provides two different angles according to which way it is mounted.

Bag Support Plate (BS)
A sturdy height adjustable support that clamps to the Stand (above) to hold large or heavy items up to 25kg.

Foot Pedal and Chain
For the Magneta standard models only*. Attaches to the Stand (above) or bolts to the floor for hands-free operation when Magneta is installed on a benchtop. Available separately or included with the Stand (above).
